Our Approach

Genuine Spiritual Growth

Students are guided in teaching and practices that will grow their character, calling, and disciplines of prayer and worship. At the core of the program is ongoing intimacy with God. Each student is challenged and inspired to be led by the Holy Spirit into a more in-depth discipleship to Jesus Christ.

Training for God-Given Purpose

With our learning-by-doing approach, students are challenged to serve in the local church, work with people, and learn the leadership skills necessary for developing the purpose and gifts God placed in them. Training will be guided by real ministry leaders in the local church.

Biblical Studies

The evening program offers a wide selection of academic Bible courses that equip students to study and gain revelation from Scripture for the rest of their lives. Not only are the courses foundational for personal Bible study, but they also encourage students to seek a genuine encounter with God every time they open His word.

Growth-Development

Growth & Development

The Growth & Development program is designed for those who have a genuine desire to grow spiritually, gain a basic foundation of the Bible, and begin to explore their God-given purpose. This program is optimal for those who prefer a more flexible schedule and workload. This program can be completed in 9 months to 1 year.

Growth-Development-plus

Growth & Development Plus

The Growth & Development programs grow students spiritually so they can discover their calling in the local church. This program expands on the Growth & Development Program with additional biblical studies and leadership/ministry courses.
